ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These terms of use govern the contractual relationship between HP Performances and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.
ORDER
A firm order without the possibility of termination is placed when you click next to the text "I have read the general conditions of sale and I adhere to them without reservation" on the confirmation page. By placing an order, you make us an offer to purchase the products you have selected on www.hp-performances.com. we reserve the right to accept or decline this offer, at our discretion. HP Performances confirms the acceptance of its order as well as its evolution to the customer at the email address that the latter will have provided during his registration. This confirmation is effective at the time the customer receives an email from HP Performances stating "In preparation". This email thus forms a sales contract between you and HP Performances. HP Performances reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, HP Performances cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it may be to deliver the product. In the event of a delivery problem from the manufacturer (availability), HP Performances will make sure to find a replacement solution in agreement with the customer and to the benefit of the customer.

PRODUCTS
Photographs illustrating the products may be non-contractual. If errors have been introduced, under no circumstances can HP Performances be held liable. Technical information and links are provided for informational purposes only. The technical specifications and/or content of the delivered products may differ from the data provided by the manufacturer or displayed on its website. Depending on the settings, the display of colors may differ from one screen to another. We cannot guarantee that the colors of the illustrations correspond exactly to those of the actual products.
GUARANTEE
Since all products offered by HP Performances are of the "performance" type and are subject to much more extreme conditions than "standard" parts of the automotive industry, HP Performances will not bear any warranty thus transferring the warranty to the manufacturer of the parts in question. Any product that has been opened, used or misrepresented by a third party will not be supported by HP Performances. We recommend going through a Honda professional for the adjustment or assembly of the parts in order to benefit from a professional warranty in case of problems. A late claim or following an unknown use will not be taken into consideration.
DATA PROTECTION
HP Performances undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. All personal data transmitted by the customer are treated confidentially and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances. The customer has the possibility to modify his personal data at any time in the space "my account"
